Overview¶
The ICDC Support is designed for submitting requests to the ICDC technical support department.
Interface Overview¶
The interface of the ICDC Support service can be conventionally divided into two parts:
Sidebar Navigation Panel:
Home
button -navigate to the main page of the service.Helpdesk
tab allows creating requests to the support service and tracking the statuses of already created requests.Contacts
tab contains contact information for contacting the Support, besides creating requests in the ICDC Support service.
Control Panel:
Help
- navigate to the service documentation.Location
- select the location for which information is displayed.- Information about the current user.
In the dropdown menu, the user can see their username, change account, language settings, and log out of the system.
