File Storage

Each user is allocated 100 GiB of storage space by default.
To request additional storage, contact the technical Support team. If the request is approved, the storage quota will be increased accordingly.

The maximum file size that can be uploaded via the web interface is 20 GiB.

ICDC Disk supports all common file formats by default. The service allows you to edit files in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TXT, and CSV formats. Files in .odt format are automatically converted to .doc.

File encryption

File encryption is not supported in this version.

Account Types

ICDC Disk offers two types of accounts:

  • User account - created for storing an employee's work files;
  • Project account - created for organizing a shared team workspace and collaborative file access.

An user account is created automatically upon first login, and a project account is created upon request to the technical support team.
